Terms of use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Visionary Strategic Solutions LLC, doing business as Credit Repair Automate (“Credit Repair Automate,” “we,” “us”). They cover the website at creditrepairautomate.com, the web app, and any branded version of the software you reach through another company’s site (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read section 15. It requires most disputes between you and us to be resolved by individual arbitration, not in court, and waives class actions. You can opt out within 30 days.

1. What the Service is

Credit Repair Automate is do-it-yourself software. It reads the credit reports you choose to share, points out items you may want to dispute, drafts dispute letters, and keeps track of each round. You decide what to dispute, you review every letter, and you decide whether and how each letter is sent.

Credit Repair Automate is not a credit repair organization, a law firm, or a credit counselor. It does not give legal, financial or credit advice. It does not contact credit bureaus, lenders or collectors for you, does not act on your behalf, and does not represent you. Any letter made with the Service is your own letter, sent in your name.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus yourself, at no cost, with or without this Service.

2. Who can use it

To use the Service you must be at least 18, live in the United States, and use it for your own credit file. You may not use a personal account to dispute anyone else’s credit file.

A business that wants to offer the software to its own customers needs a separate written licence from us. These Terms do not grant that right. See Partners.

3. Your account

Give accurate, current information and keep it up to date. Your letters use your name, address, date of birth, the last four digits of your Social Security number, your signature and, for letters to the credit bureaus, copies of your ID and proof of address. Some features stay unavailable until your profile is complete.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@creditrepairautomate.com if you think someone else has used it. One account per person.

4. Your credit reports

The Service needs your current 3-bureau credit reports. They come from SmartCredit®, a credit monitoring service from ConsumerDirect®, which you enroll in separately. That membership is its own agreement between you and SmartCredit®: it is billed by SmartCredit® (currently $1.99 for a 7-day trial, then $29.95 a month until you cancel), and you cancel it from your SmartCredit® account.

When you give permission to share your SmartCredit® reports with Credit Repair Automate, the Service retrieves your reports and refreshes them about every 5 days while your account is open, so it can find items to dispute and see what changed after each round. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us or closing your account.

If your credit monitoring membership ends or your reports can no longer be retrieved, letter features pause. Your account, letters and history stay available, and the features return when reports are available again. Closing your Credit Repair Automate account does not cancel your SmartCredit® membership, and cancelling SmartCredit® does not close your Credit Repair Automate account.

5. Fees

There is no software fee for the Service.

Optional print-and-mail. You can print and mail your letters yourself. If you instead choose the print-and-mail option, a third-party mailing provider (currently DocuSend) prints, mails and tracks the letter, with you as the sender. The price per letter, including postage and any certified mail or tracking charge, is shown before you confirm, and you pay the mailing provider directly. Your card details are passed to the mailing provider to process the payment and are not stored by Credit Repair Automate. Printing starts right after you confirm, so a mailing charge cannot be cancelled or refunded once the letter is submitted. If a letter is not mailed because of an error, contact us and we will help you raise it with the provider.

If we ever introduce a fee of our own, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and you can choose whether to pay it.

6. Letters, results and your responsibility

Letters and suggestions are generated automatically, partly with artificial intelligence, from the information in your reports and your profile. They are drafts. Before you send a letter, read it and make sure every statement in it is true for you.

You agree not to use the Service to dispute information you know is accurate, to claim an account is not yours or is the result of identity theft when it is not, to create a new credit identity or use a credit privacy number, or to make any statement you know is false. Disputes that are false or repeated without new information can be rejected by the bureaus as frivolous.

No one can guarantee results, and we do not. What happens to a dispute depends on the facts, on the information in your file, and on how the credit bureaus, lenders and collectors respond. We do not promise that any item will be corrected or removed, that any score will change, or that anything will happen within a set time.

7. Your signature and electronic records

You can add your signature once in your account, by drawing it or typing your name. You authorize the Service to place that signature on each letter you choose to create, as your signature. You can change or remove it at any time.

You agree that we may provide these Terms, the Privacy Policy, notices, receipts and other records electronically, in the app or by email, and that your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a signature on paper. You need a device with a current web browser and an email address to receive them. You can download or print any letter and these documents at any time, and you can ask for a paper copy by emailing us. You can withdraw this consent by closing your account.

8. Messages we send

We send messages you need to use the Service, such as sign-in codes, account and security notices, letter delivery updates, and support replies. We also send reminders and occasional tips by email, such as when your next round is ready. Every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect messages you need for your account. We do not send marketing text messages.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not:

10. Ownership

The software, its dispute rules and letter wording, the website and our trademarks belong to Visionary Strategic Solutions LLC. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

Your information stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may use the letters you make for your own disputes. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

11. Other companies’ services

Parts of the Service rely on other companies, including SmartCredit® for credit reports, the mailing provider for print-and-mail, and Google for sign-in. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what you do with them, and we are not responsible for their services, their prices, or their decisions.

12. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@creditrepairautomate.com from the email address on the account. What happens to your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other people or the Service at risk, or that we are required to close by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first. Sections 6, 10, and 13 to 17 continue after an account is closed.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information in your credit reports is accurate. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

14. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Credit Repair Automate and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or a decision made by a credit bureau, lender, collector or other third party. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from a claim brought by someone else that arises from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Resolving disputes: arbitration

Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, email support@creditrepairautomate.com with your name, the problem and what you want. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

Arbitration. If it is not resolved, you and we agree that any dispute about the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The hearing will take place in the county where you live or by video or phone, and we will pay the filing and arbitrator fees the AAA rules assign to the business. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could.

Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective or representative proceeding, and there is no jury trial. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must be heard in court, not in arbitration.

Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@creditrepairautomate.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, account email and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim that is not arbitrated will be brought in the state or federal courts for San Diego County, California, unless the law of the state where you live requires otherwise.

17. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or the law changes. For a material change we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect, and we may ask you to accept the new Terms to keep using the Service. The date at the top shows the latest version.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part right away, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.

California users: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs can be reached in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
