You’re in. Here is what happens next.
Your account is being set up now. The email with your login details is on its way, usually within a couple of minutes. If it has not arrived in ten, check your spam folder before you contact us.
Do these four things first
- Sign in and set your brand. Upload your logo, pick your colour, and put in your company name and support details. The customer-facing site updates as you type.
- Open your two referral accounts. One with the credit report provider, one with a payment history builder. Do this today, because their approval takes a few days and nothing about your revenue works until both are live.
- Paste your referral links into settings. That is what connects your customers’ signups to you rather than to anybody else.
- Send your web address to one person. Not a campaign. One person. It is the fastest way to find out whether anything is missing.
Connecting a domain you already own is one DNS record and can wait. Your site works from the moment you sign in.
Your receipt and your subscription
Your receipt comes from the payment provider that processed the sale, not from us. Keep that email: it is where you manage or cancel the subscription yourself, and where the money-back guarantee is claimed.
Billing is monthly, with no minimum term. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves your site read-only for a grace period, so your customers keep their letters and history rather than losing them.
Read the licence
The software licence agreement covers what the licence grants, what it forbids, and where responsibility sits. The part worth reading properly is section 6, on compliance.
In short: the software exists so a person can dispute their own credit report, which is what keeps it outside the rules governing companies that charge consumers for credit repair. If you decide to charge your customers a fee for credit work, those rules apply to you, and meeting them is your responsibility. Talk to a lawyer in your state before you take that money.
If something is wrong
Email support@creditrepairautomate.com and tell us what you were doing when it went wrong. We support you. Your customers email you.
